We recently headed north for a weekend exploring the Jurien Bay and Cervantes region.
It’s only 2 hours north and there’s plenty of gorgeous coastline and wildflowers to see. And a lunch stop at the Lobster Shack at Cervantes is a must do.
Then the Pinnacles are also a must do. So interesting and weird.
We stopped at Hangover Bay on the way and was surprised and delighted to see a baby sea lion come hurtling (might have been more like a fast waddle action!!) down the beach and then just play in the shallows.
Jurien Bay is a sleepy little place but it’s got lovely beaches and we had a relaxing day wetting a line – again no catches but very good for the soul! And of course fishing, sundowners and a stunning sunset are all you need really!!
